FlySafair has launched Express Check-In, a new technology that allows the airline to service passengers quicker.
Express Check-In, has been rolled out at all the airports from which FlySafair operates, enabling the airline’s queue combers to check in passengers travelling with only hand baggage before they reach the check-in counter.
FlySafair attendants can search for the passenger’s flight ticket using their reference number, surname or date of birth, and then produce their boarding pass directly from the device.
“This solution will play a major role in helping to reduce queuing times, especially at airports like George where wait times can be problematic,” says Theron Uys, director of Business Development at BlueMarket Retail Solutions.
