Cathay Pacific to fly non-stop to Cape Town from November

Cathay Pacific will launch a seasonal non-stop service to cosmopolitan Cape Town later this year, directly linking this popular business and tourism destination with Hong Kong for the very first time. 

The three-time weekly service will launch on November 13, 2018, and continue through to February 18, 2019, and will complement Cathay Pacific’s existing daily non-stop flights to Johannesburg and will be operated by Airbus A350-900 aircraft, with tickets already available online.

Here are a few more details of the new Cape Town service between 13 November 2018 and 18 February 2019:

  • Flight CX795 from HKG to CPT will depart at 23h45 and arrive the following day at 08h05 every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. 
  • Flight CX794 from CPT to HKG will depart at 11h05 and arrive the following day at 06h55, every Monday Wednesday and Friday.
